They seem very optimistic about offtakes secured with equity. I note the CEO stated they could sign up all the offtakes now without equity if they wanted to. Seems to me they have the offtakes and the equity, but are negotiating with the parties so they can sign up the ones with the best deal (i.e. the highest bidder). > A strong position to be in.
Also dropping the requirement for offtakes from 85% to 80% is not to make it easier to secure offtakes, but to make more money on the medium term spot market when prices are predicted to be much higher.
The next few weeks are likely to be game changing indeed with some of the company's biggest catalysts in it's history to be announced.
