Most importantly (and you point this out)....we are Government backed.
That means that if ARU does not progress...it looks bad for the Govt. Do you think they will allow that to happen? Govt's can do so many things to prop up a business. Why don't we just look at the best in the busienss....China. Now that is Govt backing!
