If this project were to fall in a heap it doesn't make governments look bad.
If ARU have been unable to sell the viability of the business story here, that in itself reflects an honest assessment of this project taken by those who have an obligation to their contributors or stakeholders to make sound investment decisions with their money.
In simple terms it would be very unwise and extremely high risk advice, especially without some certainty of a return.


This project has received government funding, that is in realistic terms a taxpayers loan.
If there is a change in Aust Gov federally, it will be interesting as to where the support sits then.
Re Gina - very smart, get the aussie plebs to fund for her own down the line greed. She is not silly, why would she want to personally risk her piles of cash, probably more of the reason she is smoothing up to the ex cop wanna be prime minister. Oh how so many have forgotten his true self.


I highly doubt that any here with skin in ARU have any interest in being around to see if ARU ends up being a viable business, most would be looking for SP growth and getting out, or maybe I am wrong and some are here waiting for dividends.
So for the foreseeable future ARU's SP is in the hand of the market, the real money in the market will decide the SP and where they want it and when.


And as to the rest of the money for this $3,000,000,000+ (AUD for those who get confused) PROPOSED project, its wait and see, and only time will tell.
