I'm reading they have plenty of cash still, $45M as of 31 Dec. Note also still stating FID by end of first half CY 2025 (by June).
Both of these = good.This statement on page 10 is not clear. Based on the cash flow statement one has to assume it must mean
CY third quarter. Good.
Other thing that needs to be clarified, is how can they quarter on quarter, year on year, constantly put out quarterlies advising of "Contract negotiations" (page 8) and it doesn't change. I assume the ASX would not let them claim such negotiations in perpetuity. Must be close, time to lock one more in and put any remaining on notice.
