being serious. Lots of these types of businesses /funds will have boards/credit committees. And depending upon the size of the business, they don’t like to pull these boards/credit committees together to agree/sign outside of their monthly/quarterly meetings. There are ways around this. But you need a strong team to drive this.
i would not trust cannacord to raise any of my money.
i was part of a bond/debt/equity deal once. And that was like herding cats on acid.
