I have never said as to if this project will or won't go ahead.
But the one major red flag in this $3,000,000,000+ (AUD) PROPOSED project is that it is by far a Viable Business Proposition!
I don't recall any posts from yourself back in 2010 here, and I'm assuming that ARU hadn't even come across your radar, but then again you have only been on HC since.....
SHOULD ARU get the remaining funding it is seeking, this stock will get played up and down and all around by those who know how to play
