Yeh if they weren't required to report quarterly, would they, but its good to see some Chupa Chups thrown to the party faithful to keep them taste buds tempted, hopefully they remember to hold onto the stick so as not to get caught swallowing the lot.
Maybe it also helps to keep those tickled enough to withdraw from their attacking those on the ARU payroll.
