Those getting fees on raising money are those who actually raise money and are connected to the company. For the small companies they seldom do any analysis for publication and will only divulge their analysis to sophisticated investors from whom they wish to raise money. There is not sufficient potential trading in the small end of the market to warrant the expense of analysis on a company of BC8 size. Do your own research.
