Also sounds like Heavy Rare Earths (Dy & Tb) are also on the cards, initially processed externally but then brought inhouse.
Phase 2 is a drawcard to JV.
Multiple pathways to FID stressed. This is great, not only gives assurity to achieveing FID, but also competition / picking the best value accredative option for shareholders.
Given the multiple pathways, the JV on the table will need to be very good. This is the difference of being in a position of bargaining strength.
All in all, seems ARU is on the track for significant growth once these negotiations are finalised.
