These paltry amounts that go through after the bell are to make sure it closes at 4 cents.
They are desperate keep it at 4 or just above, the trading over the last month says it all.
Not sure when they could make an announcement it can’t be to far away it won’t surprise if it was a CR.
I don’t know what agreement they have with payment to the contractors but some clever accounting could make a cash balance look better than it is, do you remember when they didn’t account for salaries in one quarter to make the cash on hand look better.
