    From the perspective of BAI SWF and IDC - MNB's balance sheet cannot satisfy any loan requirements criteria

    They see MNB with cash on hand of $12m at end of March 2025

    Knowing full well that most of it is from SWF and can only be used for construction

    How much remains from last 3 x CR's ??

    Staff and admin at $3m or so per qtr now

    Any DD from SWF and BSI and IDC can see MNB needs more capital

    and then add the fact that after years not one sales agreement for any certainty of loan repayments

    and we are approaching June and stage 2 pipe dream should have already started
