Quarterly report released on 31St October stated MNB have .7 quarters of cash on hand - well under 2 quarter of cash

Answered ASX questionnaire on Cash position - reply $10m US from SWF coming in to bypass under 2 quarters of cash on hand rule

SWF funds would be for construction only

Then sold off options $1.5m and a $4.4m placement to raise capital for running costs after advising ASX they had sufficient capital expected to come ( SWF turned out to be only for construction)

What was March 31/3/25 cash on hand for running costs - after $2.9m used for Jan-Mar 2025 alone and now mid May

Now we are told here they have a healthy $12m on hand at 31/3/25 and 4.3 quarters of cash on hand - imo almost all SWF funds to be used for construction only

How can another CR not be on the cards now - behind the scenes - resolutions already in place in recent announcement


How this is being ignored by some here is astonishing - yet focus is on much faster and much harder SP rises now bear market seems to have passed by lol

Also noticed director was paid interest on a loan to the company before the above CR's (a loan from a directors ) this was only disclosed in the quarterly


Newbies research the cash position and facts as silence can only end one way
