Gosh it's mid-May already. I'd like Lindsay Reed to confirm asap if phase 1 construction has been completed or not. This is not about only announcing non-fluffy news, this is about being courageous and transparent with the company's reporting duties to shareholders.

I can no longer be patient with the BS about "shortly" and "positive implications". I'd like to know if and when remaining financing will be completed. (More than) Enough time has been given to secure financing and offtake agreements already (years???), so we don't deserve all these vagueness anymore. What exactly are holding up everything, and what exactly are the company doing to address those shortcomings, and when is the final financing outcome due?
