    It still may happen, but I suspect not.

    An event of this magnitude is something a company would/should foreshadow to shareholders in advance (e.g., recent quarterly). Plus, the stated intention of the ceremony was to compel BAI to release the money prior to the event. And that obviously hasn't happened.
