On BAI;
"The Company has completed all conditions precedent to the loan except for the conversion of the borrowing company (the Angolan subsidiary) from a private liability company to a public limited company."
"It is expected this process will be completed in August."
On IDC;
"The Company will have completed all conditions precedent to the loan drawdown once the Banco BAI facility is signed, and loan security has been registered."
