From past annoucements: AAM has advised that it is aiming to complete the REIP by early December 2019 It is currently expected that the issue will be initiated in mid-Q4, 2019. They have also stated they will be presenting at the German Equity Forum in Frankfurt on 25th - 27th of November.
Working backwards I would guess they would be aiming to send out the offer letter and prospectus somewhere between November 13th - 27th. Closing date early December IMO.
