re: Ann: Quarterly Activities Report and Cash... sorry for my ignorance here.. but can any of you much smarter than me inform the rest about our legal position as share holders in mel?
can we actually call a special general meeting? throw out this management team? put pressure on them, vote down their salary? what are the legal requirements for a listed company regarding shareholder information, updates etc..
i can not see anything from management to me about the direction they proposed.. let alone actually took "my and your" company in.
i do not care about greens, gov etc etc.. companies make their own future.. time for shareholders to tell them.. but how?
