Even with 2 years wait on the mining, the market cap should at least double when off takes are announced. Look at RES, and they don't even have the desired Eskom offtakes.

The mining gets delayed because so fool would spend a cent until offtakes are confirmed. Companies schedule at the mercy of the SA's. The SA factor has already been priced into the stock and further falls are unnecessary.
