I was never under any illusion that finance would be reported in one announcement and the money in the bank the next day. That’s not the real world.

There is a process to any funding;

I’m not sure if most are aware, but when doing a standard Mum and Dad home loan, it takes about three months to complete. The world is no longer simple.

In regard to our funding at RES; there is also a process.

I receive emails or texts daily, asking about the constant whingeing by shareholders. I think some on here and elsewhere have lost stock in what we have achieved. It may be wise to review all past announcements to see how far we have come. I don’t think we as non paid friends on HC need to read the constant whining each day about something so brilliant! That’s not fair. Our achievements have taken our share price from 4c to 12c in only 12 months. The new shareholders are all looking around saying...this all looks to be great and as reported. Financial close has never been announced previously, and yet we received this notice yesterday. The announcement said we will have money in the bank at the end of November. That’s great!!! The mine will be built. What more do we want?

We cannot skip the EGM, we cannot skip the terms, we cannot skip the financial planner letter that takes 6 weeks by an independent party, we cannot skip the road show... we have to do all due diligence or else shareholders will complain about the deal in years time. It is what it is.

It’s time to take a step back and accept what we have achieved... the negative people here are dragging everyone down... including the share price. You are all shooting yourself in the foot! You are not selling this share to anyone given your negative perception and inaccuracies, and that’s a big problem.
