Couldn't agree with you more. People tend to forget that resource like PGM are not something that you just create out of thin air. And even if you could discover new finds,its becoming harder and more expansive to extract. Just look at crude oil exploration and recovery - further and deeper out to sea.
My take on investing into NKP is a LT play. - the ore is not going anywhere and NKP is sitting on top of it. Give it 2 -3 years. Put some funds aside for it and it could reward us handsomely. If this sits uncomfortably with some holders then they should move on.
NKP is not a "bluey" with regular divs. Ppl must be prepared to take some risk with this investment. The upside of course is blue sky. The recent qtrly release reinforces this.
