Thats true....the Govt has infinite funding and time and has deferred the matter indefinitely. So they could drag this out for years and years. Also Alan Jones no longer has a platform and Fred Nile tried...but that went nowhere. For issues to get resolved, there needs to be public outcry and news articles to push the Govt to act.

I just think the company should hedge their bets rather than just waiting for the moment that the NSW Gov comes knocking with an offer, which may never come. It shouldn't just lay down and die waiting...all in my opinion.

I feel for the original mum & dad investors that lost money, they deserve compensation.
