My thoughts too.
However, I suspect there may be some legal advice that they have received that if they were to actually show some form of success it may affect their claim in terms of how much or even delay this already drawn out process.
I’m fairly sure many opportunities have crossed their path especially when they sold a couple of their leases a few years ago and were cashed up. AIMO
