I don't think the Directors in their capacity as shareholders will be excluded from compensation. But I am not sure how these funds would make its way back into the company?? They will just walk in my opinion.

For the company to benefit, the company would have to be successful in a claim for compensation. not as a shareholder but as an innocent party. That is the part I question.

The government would be politically motivated to sort out the shareholders, less so the company in my opinion
