I won't argue that offtake/funding are the biggest items we're waiting for, of course they are.
But the company ticking boxes and locking in more of its own supply has multiple benefits.
It de-risks any concerns about being too reliant on one supply, it demonstrates that the company are getting work done and it shows they are thinking further ahead to supplying P2 plant(s).
No, it probably wouldn't lead to a large share price increase, but I'd still like to know about it.
