re: Ann: Quarterly Activities Report and Quar... I've been doing a bit of research on the liklihood of being able to top up further during the share offering. The closest example of a recent tech backdoor entry is AAY. THey are raising at a minimum $3m, and have set aside $0.5m for existing shareholders. It also implies that they may accept oversubscriptions. I'm not sure how similar the mechanics of the share offering of AAY will be to SPA, but maybe there is a possibility that we may get to top p further at 20c.
