I love how everything you post is negative :) really gives a feel for what you bring to the table.

Firstly, its not a huge change, its worth about $1million and could easily be covered by a greater raising (allowing existing shareholders to participate in the raising). Not to mention it makes it easier for their MC performance to gain access to their performance shares later (worth $13mil)

Secondly, you make comments like any competitor could jump into the space tomorrow.. which shows you haven't researched why cloud computing hasn't become a big thing until very recently.

Cloud computing has had huge barriers to overcome. So much so that there are academic papers written on overcoming barriers to cloud computing.

The primary one was security, having a fully virtualised data system had huge security issues. Bulletproof already has the trust of major bluechip clients, meaning their security is there already.

This listing will give them even more exposure.
