One thing I will say is that I've used other services which are "competitors" to Bulletproof. This may sound slightly negative, but Bulletproof felt a little "small"/"home grown" compared to the others. Think big global providers like IBM, Oracle, Rackspace and even Amazon (EC2). They're services had much better systems and interactive tools whereas Bulletproof meant more hands on interaction.

That is a pro (you get more personal service) AND it costs a truck load less money. But it can be a con as you feel like you're dealing with a small company.
