Yes Oscar - on the ball - that is the usual sequence as you say - producers first, then mid tier then juniors. CHZ at the botttom of the heap - this pog breakout must hold and CHZ as a junior will benefit eventually - if gold does not hold the break well that is a different ball game. Inflation seems to be getting noticed by US stock and bond markets and the Fed are very aware. Inflation will certainly gobble nominal rates and resultant negative yields should benefit gold. There is far too much debt and loose funny money being thrown around. History shows free money sets a fire to expenditures be it on the supply or demand sides of the equation. That is the only thesis on the table right now - it can be de-railed for many reasons but if it delivers penny dreadfuls such as CHZ should have their day.
