This is what happens when you're executive chairman and hold over 20% of the company with $3+ million in the bank, getting paid over $350,000 per annum and at retirement age.
Generally when a stock trades below cash backing, it's normally because there is little faith in management doing anything to boost asset value.
Globe Metals is a classic example with all that cash but no management substance.
