There was no plan for that to happen. Seriously, while I knew it was slow before investing, DMG is the most frustrating company on the ASX. It hasn't done anything since 2013, except announce a few quarterly statements. Each quarter has spent about $100-150k on exploration and evaluation since 30 June, 2015. + director/admin salaries.

DMG's cash balance has bled a cool million since that time. What the heck is the company spending that much coin on? Surely it doesn't cost any money to review a project - it merely needs to sign a 'confidentiality agreement'.

Then DMG announces that it might buy the gold rights to Cawse and Avalon, which is a nickel project run by RG. RG worth hundreds of millions and, with Wingstar going insolvent (as per above), he probably using DMG as a monetary gate-way to do research for his nickel project. RG paying himself $350k per year+ ~$20k in directors fees to Fastwitch Enterprises (a company controlled by RG) from DMG. Fastwitch Enterprises owns 20.6% of DMG.

The 31 March qtly was a nothing announcement. A bunch of gibberish if you ask me. The company has basically done nothing for an entire year. Drilling was meant to occur in April. No news so far. It was also meant to move to next stage by 9 April. That didn't happen. The company gave itself 9 months to enter a deal with a privately held company owned by RG - a director who's taking $350k and who doesn't respond to emails.

It's an absolute joke. Sure I could sell out. But I'd rather just have a rant about my frustration. I'm sure I'm not alone. The only thing that hasn't made me sell is the frequent pump of the share price. The share price is overdue for a pump. And, no doubt, an announcement. Talking about backing dealmakers at @strauss, what makes you confident about this mob? If history over past few years serves well, they good for nothing! lol.
