LCL not green after that quarterly report - one of the best quarters out of all stocks down at this end.
Nearly ran out of my trusty red (highlights) highlighter.
- 2 rigs currently drilling
- 3rd (company-owned) rig arrived & drilling in a few days too
- Southern/original Tesorito drill result of 230m @ 1.01 g/t Au, from surface
-- including: 116m @ 1.38g/t Au & 74m @ 1.6g/t Au, from 114m
- first scout hole at Northern Tesorito intersected 360m @ 0.39g/t Au, from surface
- $13.5M cash raised (received bids for $10M + $40M for the two raises = $50M total)
- paid out all debt ($3.5M) early, with a $2.2M cash payment
- $10.5M cash in the bank at end of quarter
- sold legacy residual assets in Chile & removed four legacy subsidiaries from the corporate structure
- obtained 100% interest in Chuscal (formerly) JV with AngloGold Ashanti
- AngloGold Ashanti joined LCL share register as a Major holder
- results from diamond hole 10 from Southern/original Tesorito to come
- 2 holes drilled at Chuscal already and results also due
- 2 rigs currently spinning (at Tesorito & Chuscal) and plenty more results to come
- 3rd (company-owned) rig to also start drilling shortly (in a few days)
- $10.5M in the bank so no CR's any time soon and plenty of cash to achieve plenty of things/get results/prove up discoveries/deposits.
