Any way you look at it, CAI has turned into a landmine that just went off under shareholders feet. Thankfully, I didn't have a huge position, so I was able to exit with mild bruising to my ego. But its a real shame for all those LT holders with bigger holdings that have supported CAI over several years. I can't see the pay-off here in divs that would have been forecasted in the DFS. However, I think Macquarie will make sure they are first in the queue to get the payouts due to them. The shareholders will be at the back.
