Hi Marco ., Have you worked in these pits to an extent that you know the full ore extraction/recovery process?
If so whats your assessment of the situation, given that after 8 months of running the plant its looks like Dave has had to lower the guidance a lot to ensure he doesnt deliver any more production misses?
Given the amount of items in the sequence of ore extraction , I imagine the whole process could be quite complicated to synchronise and get running efficiently. Is that a valud excuse after 8 months?

I dont recall seeing any comments from you previosuly about this.
