I do remember (I went back looking for it in the DLM announcements) your post about Astro ceasing discussions with Luna Lithium about the planned JV entity that was to be formed and called Galactic Lithium.
DLM would not have needed to announce this to the market as Luna is a private company with only a 5% stake it is not material. Does also indicate that they are open to working together in the future.

I guess the deal that Galactic was being formed for never came off, it is also interesting that Luna Lithium did not release any drilling results from last year's drill program.
Although they are not obliged to, if the results were any good and they had rights over enough land around the drill area I'm sure Emily Hersh would have let the markets know.
