Even at 70-75,000 ozs production pa with a AISC margin of $750 it makes it a very profitable mine, able to service its debt and with money left over.
If they get the stripping ratio down and increase production to above $70,000 ozs pa that will help reduce costs and with a strong gold price, the $750 AISC margin, IMO can be acheived.
Production figures in the coming month and costs will confirm if we heading in the right direction, we wait and see.
