The mill desperately needs an overhaul, as does the entire facility, and this is what it will take to revive the interest of the expertise required, as well as boost morale. Mining is a very competitive market and good people can ignore better offers for so long.
First initiative; cut out the dead wood, narrow the buckets, tighten the drives and get rid of the band-aids.
