What needs to happen Thejerry is that Pep11 needs to binned once and for all, so the company’s involved can prove up assets and stop focusing on something that is never going to happen, and basically taking crew for ride, that what needs to change, and I can see the judge doing that in the ST imo, and then BUY can lift its flagship project to the North West Shelf in Cerberus, which in actual market status dwarfs Pep11,s potential, and with out all the political and environmental concerns of Pep11.
