Think most are still pretty jaded by Kelso and the raise pre the PEP-11 hype (worth reading if you haven't already.)
It is the current equivalent of issuing shares only to mates at 0.006, only back then the SP had moment not a decline. With new management I'm sure you'd see a greater confidence in BUY.
