no, it’s price sensitive because it’s a Quarterly.
pretty much every company makes their Quarterly a price sensitive announcement.
and I don’t think there is a CR coming. they have their R&D money coming soon, so that will keep them going a while.
and things are starting to pick up. not fast enough for some investors, but these kind of contracts take time.
