They will certainly wait until the options have expired, before the next CR. Only 4 weeks to go (28 Feb). 3c for the CR doesn't seem likely given that the SP closed flat today @ 2.4c. Options exercise price of 4.6c looks well out of reach. However, with so many irons in the fire this stock could take off at any time.
