Well paying off debt has no bearing on the perception of the investor. Most investors are still under the water with this stocks and see no return in the past few years. Given the past thuggish behaviour, governance is a big question mark.
It seems perception won't change until tangible benefits flowing to investor. That can happen end of the year earliest if all else go well.
