well, they had 2 months.
if they planned for cap raise, why left it this late.
Unless there's other options beside cap raise
why can't they extend the megabank loan ? its only a 10 million dollar loan
vaccine due out in the next few weeks, likely poipet border will reopen by August or November at the latest.
