Vaccine rollout in VN has been extremely slow thus far... I think it was in March saw the local media making a big spectacle showing photos of it being unloaded from the plane but last week read that only ~100 people had actually received it.
I must say that compared to protests and negative sentiment in Western countries, the people here are by large wanting to get it.

Haven't seen anything in the media for some time now about plans to reopen for tourism... the focus is on the continual illegals from China and Cambodia coming across the border and the need for tighter border forces. I think Aristo is going to be out of play for quite a while longer though as I suspected the events are paying the bills. Surprised to see ~9M pass through the casino floor but the win rate seems to have been miraculously high hmm.

Agree about the debt, now net debt positive is definitely an amazing achievement under these circumstances... however seems some further dilution is on the way...



Oh and how can I become a junket?!?!?!?!?!? $$$
