    if they want to cap raise on the cheap.. why do it now when price at 6.5 cents ? And not at 3 cents ?

    they could have just let star vegas stay shut for the past 6 months, do a cap raise at 2 cents and no one could question.

    Why did they open star vegas and keep galaxy close.. would have been more beneficial for them to just let star vegas stay shut and open galaxy.

    wait....could honouring a deal with ASM have anything to do with this ??
