Yes you were right, similar questions were asked at the time of the announcement, seems like the buyer is still a bit of a mystery though. Strange they don't even have a website and the business is linked to a private address in Sylvania Waters, NSW.
Time will tell i guess.
Fingers crossed for holders its not all smoke and mirrors.
