94% customer throwing their weight around over pricing?
Seen it in other telehealth companies recently... some big customers even leaving due to pricing. This is a live issue in the industry.
You can't raise prices and then flunk your regulatory audit 4 months later. It's a own goal by DOC.
Requires improvement.
