NTCELL will need mega bucks to progress, which clearly the company has been unable to find.
Looks like it will put on permanent backburner until a miracle comes along - possibly after success with the Ai?
Difficult to value NTCELL at anywhere above fire sale prices at the moment. New ASX code says it all
