An Iceberg Seller or "Feeder" is just a term used to describe a seller(s) who eg. have 5,000,000 units of a stock to sell.
Rather than put the whole lot up for sale (which would act as a deterrent to buyers and impact the share price) the seller gradually feeds lots of stock eg 200,000 units into a price just above the highest bidder (in times of strength) or they will drip in parcels of stock directly into the buy queue (generally in times of weakness or when they are in a rush to exit).
Hence the name "Iceberg" as you only see the "tip"of tehir holdings and nobody knows how many they have left to dump on market
