a takeover will not happen at these low sp levels. i cant see management and or major shareholders entertaining it. this company has an extremely exciting future, they have a product with a key point of difference being ability to connect logistics companies and provide complete visibility from end to end. this is unique and disrupting tech, actual and proposed expansions by each of the large clients is evidence of its performance
software is secure, robust, operational and performing, 4 major customers are secured, based on their potential alone we probably don't need anymore.. expansions with each customer confirmed introduction of YOJ labs zero debt conservative and responsible cash management increasing revenues qtr on qtr environmentally beneficial customer focused management
yes current sp is terrible, however a huge opportunity for the brave look at the fundamentals, keep the faith
