Observations

1. Relevant salaries/fees/administration payments can be met with regular CR raisings in the vicinity of $850k as per the last effort. Would seem this amount will keep the company liquid for 6 to 9 months.

2. Funds available for marketing/developments of any scale are minimal. Hence progress if any will be slow.

3. Not sure how they can service a so-called data contract with a major group having only Smith & McCall on the staff. McCall seems to be the only one with any knowledge in the area of data analysis.

4. Once again the app developers seem to be the main beneficiaries of their business model same as Wangle and Family Insights.

5. They always claim to be in discussion with business groups. Invigor was a classic.

6. Be interesting to know where the $24k revenue came from and for what!
